PSE provides on site inspection of existing Cable Plant and Network Equipment and Facilities to provide the customer with accurate, updated records and documentation.

Toning out of cables, relabeling of Network Components, and CAD Documentation is also available.

Network and Cable Plant Certification

PSE provides testing and certification of Cabling Systems to determine if the quality of installation, components, and materials will meet required specifications.

FLUKE DSP-800-M Network Cable Analyzer, Time Domain Reflectometer (TDR), Light Source and Power Meter, and Optical Time Domain Reflectometer (OTDR) are typically used in the certification process.

Hardcopy and Soft Copy results of the testing and certification are available.

Extended Warranties and Maintenance Contracts

PSE has maintenance contracts available for both installed and existing Communications Cabling Systems.

Typical installations are warranted for one year. Extended warranties are available for two, five, fifteen years, or lifetime.

PSE is certified to provide lifetime warranties by a number of major manufacturers.

Network and Cable Plant Relocation Services

PSE has extensive experience in the design, scheduling, staffing, and project management for customers planning to relocate to a new facility or within an existing one.

PSE’s experience in these types of moves allows the customer to concentrate on other important details involved in the relocation. Significant network down time is eliminated.

Business and Residential Telephone Systems

PSE is certified in the design and installation of telephone, voicemail, and paging systems, which can be used in both commercial and residential applications.

These systems are custom tailored to the needs of each specific customer.

Service Department

PSE Provides 24/7 coverage with 4 to 48 hours response time.

PSE’s Service Department handles moves, adds, and changes (MAC’s) as well as Customer Service Requests.

PSE can also provide on-site technical support personnel on a contract or “as needed” basis.
